Our Classes
Sessions focused on working with Asana through Hatha Yoga, including a brief final relaxation and meditation practices. These classes will help you improve your alignment, flexibility, mobility, strength and balance, as well as improve digestion, metabolism, hormonal, respiratory and circulatory functions, to create the best conditions for your physical, emotional and mental well being, promoting optimum health at every level.
Sessions focused on meditation, including a brief activation through Asana, as well as relaxation and Pranayama work for preparing the best conditions for Raja Yoga. These classes will help you bring order and balance, clarity and serenity, enhance intuitive knowledge, prepare the conditions for liberating from suffering and open yourself to experience inner peace and bliss as well as the truth beyond the material dimension of existence.
Sessions combining Hatha, Pranayama and Kriya, followed by Raja Yoga. These classes work from a holistic approach with your physical, emotional and mental bodies in a perfect balance, facilitating a state of inner bliss, peace and harmony, in which your body and mind can properly work for your true self, enhance your inner ability towards reaching your fullest potential, and enable you to offer the best outcome for the whole existence.
